Services and Custom Orders
What services do you provide?
We offer Custom-Made/Made-to-Measure garments, including Bridal Gowns and accessories, Suits and Barongs, Formal Wear, Casual Wear, and even Kids' Clothing. We also offer a Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collection.
Custom Package Details
We can make customized packages based on what you need. Our packages usually consist of the Wedding Gown, Veil, Pouch, Garter, Bridal Box, and Suit. Message us for a quotation.
Do you offer gown rental services?
Yes, we have select pieces available for rent. Items are only available if they fit you right without any alterations. Visit our website's rental section for available pieces.
Do you offer Dry Cleaning Services?
Yes, we offer professional dry cleaning services. Please message us directly for details and rates.
Lead Times and Process
How long does it take to make a custom-made order?
Bridal Gowns and Accessories: We suggest a minimum of six (6) months prior to your event. Orders under six months can be discussed during your consultation.
Formal Wear (Evening Gowns, Suits, Barongs): A minimum of two (2) months prior to your event.
Casual Wear: A minimum of four (4) weeks prior to your event.
All timelines are subject to change depending on current production volume.
What is your Custom Order Process?
First, send us your design ideas (pegs) to receive a quotation and start the sketching process. You will pick out fabrics and details, and measurements will be taken at the first meeting. Production begins soon after, followed by your first fitting.
How many fittings are included?
You may schedule as many fittings as you wish until the desired fit is achieved. These fittings are free of charge.
Pricing and Payments
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, labor, quality of the fabric and materials used. Our pricing may be open to change depending on your budget.
What are your payment methods?
For Custom-Made Garments (and In-Person RTW Purchases): We accept online bank transfer, GCash, and check.
For Online Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Pre-Orders: We currently only accept Maya as payment on the website.
Ready-to-Wear (RTW) & Policies
Do you offer a Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collection?
Yes, we offer both Custom-Made garments and a new RTW collection. New collections are typically available via a pre-order system, taking one (1) to two (2) weeks to be completed. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
Can I refund my order?
We accept refunds for our ready-to-wear line within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase, provided the garment is in perfect condition. We do not accept refunds for custom-made formal wear, unless we failed to deliver the said garment.
Wedding Assistance
Do you offer Wedding Assistance?
Yes, we offer wedding assistance services which include our staff, mannequin, and steamer. Prices vary depending on the location and if you wish for the designer's appearance. Message us for current rates.
